Those who want to work in the
export activity, must be listed in the exporter's register in accordance with
the required terms as follows:
First :
real persons
1-
He must be listed in trade register
2-
The capital in trade register must not less than 3000 when asking for
enrollment.
3-
He must not be charged with a dishonesty crime listed in the export and import
bills, currency, customs, taxes, supply or trade in case he did not negate the
charges.
4-
He mustn't be bankrupt if he didn't prove his innocence.
5-
He mustn't be a government employee or working in public enterprises sector.
Second :
Considerable persons :
The moral personality is a group
of persons who aim at a particular goal or large amount of money specialized
for achieving a particular goal.
The moral person should be as
follows:
a)- The solidarity partner who has
the right to manage and sign, should have the following terms:
- He mustn't be charged with an dishonorable crime listed in the export and
import bills, currency, customs, taxes, supply or trade and in case he has not
proved his innocence.
- He mustn't have been bankrupt
- He mustn't be a governmental employee or working in public enterprise sector.
b)- The moral person's or the
company's contract should be published in accordance with the law and this
should be proven in the register.
c)- The moral person's activity
should be export, trade or production.
d)- The capital which is proven in
the trade register should not be less than 10000 thousands pounds at the time
of registering.
Limited partnerships and limited
liability companies are excluded from the terms of the article. All
persons who export goods for personal use, are excluded from registering.
