El-Kadesia Engineering Industries is an Egyptian leading industrial company was founded in 1985 by Mr. Naguib Gwefel, to produce different types of coated welding wire electrodes using latest technologies according to American Welding Standards (AWS).

The company produces three types of welding wire electrodes: Rutile, Cellulose, and Basic coated.

The production capacity of the factory is15,000 tons per year and the number of employees exceeds 300 workers.

The factory is located in 10th of Ramadan city in the industrial zone covering an area of 25,000 square meters.

For more than 25 years (till last year), the welding wire electrodes were produced under potency of Bohler Austria which is a leading worldwide company, having an experience for more than 86 years in the international market. Our policy is to offer high quality products meeting the international standard under strict supervision from our Quality Control Division.

Currently, the company manufactures its products using machines and equipment recommended by Bohler Austria and the experience gained over more than 25 years.

The wide range of products meet the needs of different industrial sectors such as petrochemical, fertilizers, oil and gas, food industries, electricity, etc..

Our products are subjected annually to international tests to confirm meeting the international standards

PRODUCTS:-

Basic Coated Electrode.

Basic double coated electrode for high-quality welds in high temperature pressure vessel and tube steels.  

Cellulose Electrode.

Cellulose-coated electrode for vertical-down welding of high strength large diameter pipelines.

Rutile Electrode.

Medium coated rutile electrode with excellent weld ability in all positions including vertical down.

Rutile / iron power high-efficiency electrode yielding about 180% metal recovery.
