غالبا ما يشير إلى كيس كبير للخدمة الشاقة مسبق التشكيل مصنوع من ورق أو مادة أخرى مرنة بلاستيك أو نسيج. الأنواع الرئيسية هى الشكاير المتعددة الجدران، الشكاير المفتوحة الفم، شكاير الصمام. والشيكارة المتعددة الطبقات تتكون من ثلاثة إلى ستة طبقات فى شكل أنبوبى فيه كل طبقة داخل الأخرى. وتتنوع مادة الطبقات الداخلية وفقا لمتطلبات المنتج ما بين كل أنواع الورق العادى أو المطلى (المغطى) إلى كل الرقائق البلاستيكية ورقائق الألمنيوم. والشيكارة المفتوحة الفم، تسلم بقاعدة (قعر) مقفولة فى المصنع ويقفل الفم عادة بالحياكة (الخياطة) بعد الملئ. أما شيكارة الصمام فتزود فى أحد الأركان بفتحة ممتدة يمكن خلالها إدخال خرطوم ملئ لتعبئة وعندما يتم دفع امتداد الفتحة لداخل الكيس مرة ثانية فإنها تعمل كأداة ذاتية الغلق. |

Usually refers to a heavier duty performed bag made of paper or other flexible material, either plastic or textile fibre. The main form of paper sack is the multi wall sack. A multi-wall sack is constructed from several plies and made in tubular form with its ends closed by swing or the pasting. The material of the inner plies will vary with the demands of the product and can include all types of plain and coated papers, plastic films and aluminium foil. An open-mouth sack is delivered with bottom closed. The mouth is usually closed by the sewing after filling. A valve sack is fitted at one corner with an a filling nozzle can be inserted a for loading the product. When this extension is pushed back into the sack, it acts as a self-sealing closure, a one-way valve to contain the product. |
