GLOBAL FRUITS INTERNATIONAL
Global Fruits International Company is working with 5 plantations and fruit-vegetables loading bases of Egypt since 2005. Plantations situated along Nile with the distance from Cairo like 50-100km what is allowing for Company workers regularly visit plantations for all container loadings and making reservation of necessaries fruit volumes after receiving
Our plantations are very famous in Egypt as they are closer to Cairo. Fruits and vegetables from these plantations are exporting biggest Export Companies of Egypt. That’s why the products quality of big Exporting Companies has no difference with our, because we are loading in the same plantation bases
As it’s generally know – no one plantation in Egypt use any chemicals as like for example in Israel or Turkey. That’s why fruits and vegetables which reared in the territory of Egypt are ecologically net products. Climate of Egypt promotes for excellent harvest of ecologically net products. This fact is confirming with Health Certificate and if it’s necessary with other Certificates.
Since year 2005 our Company has proved to plantation that we are stable Company with good volumes. In this connection in the loading process of our containers is paying maximum attention for quality of fruits and vegetables. Products are passing careful selection before packed to the boxes. Also in each process of loading containers are presenting our control department workers who checking for packed process, selection, quality of products, containers loading etc.
GFI conditions of work
Global Fruits International Company is working by standard conditions of DWR Corporation and strictly adhere them which are describing in the section «DWR working conditions». In spite of it, fruit business is a little different then business material business, in this connection we are forced to describe some moments of working conditions.
In the connection that plantations need 100% amount payment before loading and our work is beginning directly after receiving 30% prepayment from customer, Global Fruit International Company pay to plantations 70% from the total amount in place of customer. As our Company has weekly loadings for United Europe, Russia and Ukraine, we can accept L/C conditions irrevocable and confirmed L/C.
After container leaving for the port of Egypt and receiving by customer Bill of Lading copy, customer directly should pay 70% and Sea delivery amount. As said in «DWR Service» and «DWR working conditions» - we have our Logistic Companies as members of Corporation, that’s why we can offer best rates for Sea and Ocean delivery, short transit time, we can control timely serve of container for loading, control loading, right documents fillings and carry out of monitoring. In this case about loading is carry out Global Forwarding International Company which has one legal base with Global Fruits International Company and which also is a member of DWR Corporation.
In the case of working with perishable fruits, as for example strawberry, which needs air-delivery, is possible 2 kinds of payment:.
- Before air-plane date customer transfer 100% prepayment.
- After receiving payment for air delivery, GFI is sending the goods. In the day of goods receiving customer should pay full amount of goods (this system is possible in rare cases and with big quantities).
These kinds of payment is only for air-delivery because in this case our Company after loading goods to the air-plane is loosing control under this cargo as air-delivery system doesn’t have such documents-turns like in containers working systems.
In connection to GFI is the member of DWR Corporation for the customer comfort we can offer rules to choose Bank for goods payment: Commercial International Bank in Egypt or Shenzhen Development Bank in China.

ORANGE
Orange – this is very widespread and old citrus plant. It was probably begun to cultivate about 4.000 years B.C. in South-East Asia. In China orange trees was rearing before 220 years B.C. First country which begun rear oranges after China is Egypt. From Egypt this fruits spread in North Africa and Mediterranean Sea countries.
Egypt is exactly the country which showed to first oranges fruits to Europe. By French, English and many other languages this fruit is “Orange”, this name came from Arabic word “Narangi” which mean “Golden”.
Oranges are very photo-philous, they like direct sunbeam, especially in the period of fruits ripening. At the enough body of heat and light they are becoming to be sweet. Egypt, due to the climatic terms, is the perfect country for rearing this fruits.
Egypt is exporting oranges to many countries of the World. Due to perfect weather plantations of Egypt never use any chemical additions, that’s why all products are ecologically clean, what is confirmed by Certificates of International status..

POMEGRANATE
This valuable subtropical highly-decorative fruit plant already a few ten of centuries is successfully rearing in Egypt – this is one of the most ancient plants. The name of fruit is coming from one Latin word “Granatus” which means “Cut”, “Grainy”.
Pomegranate came from Asia. This is one of the first fruit which started use peoples. Before peoples considered fruit as a fruit of passion. In the East from where this fruit came, peoples called it as “King of all fruits”. In the Old Egypt dead peoples were buried with the fruit of pomegranate, it was symbol of hope for returning. For this day in the World are known more then 100 sorts of pomegranates..
With pomegranates collection is nobody rushing, because as more time this fruits stay on the branch as they are more delicious, because it’s possible to get more sugar. Taken off from branches and dried a few days in shade this fruits can stay till the spring. That’s why loading of pomegranates is not so much quickly as oranges or mandarins.

Mandarin
On supposition of biologist the motherland of mandarin is China or Japan. Name “Mandarin” for this plant gave Chinas as many centuries this plant was reared in the gardens of the richest feudal lords of China - mandarins.

Egyptian mandarins are not taking so much big popularity of different countries Importers as oranges as the best mandarins are rearing in Pakistan. Kinnow mandarins from Pakistan have unique taste because of special way of rearing in special climate and soil in the province Penjab. There is no analogue of this sort of Mandarin in the World – this sort was gotten with the way of crossing another 2 sorts: “King” and “Leaf out”. Onion

Breeding of onion were engaged ancient peoples of Prsia, Mesopotamy, India, East Asia and countries of Mediterranean Sea. Motherland of onion is still not known. First genetic center is region of North-Western India, Afganistan, Uzbekistan and Western Tianshan. Old Egyptians knew it as early as the third century B.C. For this day onion has 400 kinds from them only 3 are main: yellow, white and red.

Potatoes
Potatoes came to Egypt in 1800’s but from the beginning it didn’t get big popularization because of inexperience of peasants with handling this plant. Everything was changed completely in 1961 when begun mass application of irrigated fields for potatoes production. Concentration of the plantation in the delta of river Nile in the North step by step became to be bugger by 5% in the year. Between 1990 and 2006 annual producing increased from 1,6 millions tons to 2,5 millions tons. That’s why Egypt is the first potatoes producer in Africa.
Egypt also is taking considerable place between World Exporters of potatoes. In 2004 Export was more then 380.000 tons of fresh potatoes and 18.000 tons of frozen potatoes products which was produced for the European market.
